Brass Oak Genealogy offers consulting services to genealogists and family historians who find themselves stuck on a research problem and need guidance to move forward on their own. With this service, the client will provide all the research done to date and Brass Oak Genealogy will analyze it. If the answer emerges, the client receives a written report that includes an explanation (and next steps if applicable). If there isn’t enough evidence to answer the research question, the client will receive an actionable research plan to follow on their own.
This service is also available to professional genealogists who are assisting clients with research outside of their expertise.
